We are looking for a Support Admin to join our team in Minsk to support a large customer using SharePoint-based apps which we develop.
Excellent spoken and written English (upper-intermediate/advanced);
Previous experience in a Customer Service (IT sphere);
Copywriting and proofreading skills.
Nice to have:
Business analysis skills will help you stand out.
Providing updates on Support usages;
Channeling tickets to right people;
Checking that they have support contracts;
Populating a knowledge system with issues and resolutions;
Communication with the customer;
Respond to users enquiries through calls/emails/chats/ etc.;
Resolve incidents at the first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support teams.
