Support Specialist / Support Admin

We are looking for a Support Admin to join our team in Minsk to support a large customer using SharePoint-based apps which we develop.


Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English (upper-intermediate/advanced);
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service (IT sphere);
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills.

Nice to have:

  • Business analysis skills will help you stand out.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing updates on Support usages;
  • Channeling tickets to right people;
  • Checking that they have support contracts;
  • Populating a knowledge system with issues and resolutions;
  • Communication with the customer;
  • Respond to users enquiries through calls/emails/chats/ etc.;
  • Resolve incidents at the first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support teams.
