Support Specialist/ Junior O365 Consultant

We are looking for a  Support Specialist/ O365 Consultant Assistant to support migrations, usage and customizations of client’s O365 instance. 


Must have:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate+);
  • BA/Technical or Client-facing support/Data migrations background;
  • Eager to learn new things quickly;
  • Technical and analytical mindset;
  • Multitasking, stress tolerance.

Nice to have:

  • Any O365/SharePoint experience;
  • Data migrations experience;
  • Client facing support;
  • PowerShell scripts running/maintenance.


  • Run, maintain and support data migrations to O365 (incl. data analysis, migration tools and scripts runs and monitoring, troubleshooting, reports);
  • Client facing communication, supporting them with O365 OOB usage and ways of customizations, as well as during migration process;
  • Simple O365 customizations (SharePoint sites creation, Power Automate flows).
