We are looking for an Senior Business Analyst who can work with some of our fantastic clients on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Solution projects.


Our Business Analysts are smart, intuitive and forward thinking and their ability to drive change and disseminate learnings is what sets them apart from the rest. As a Business Analyst, you’ll own the implementation of exciting new projects, gathering requirements, contributing to strategy development and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Degree Educated. Ideally a 2:1 in an IT or Business subject

Requirements


WM Reply is looking for a Sr Business Analyst with experience in Power Platform, O365, and SharePoint. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to work effectively with clients and geographically distributed teams. The candidate must demonstrate strong self-initiative, problem solving, decision making, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment to continuously deliver results. Position is located at our office in Chicago, IL.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, ideally in Computer Science or Business.
  • 4 years’ experience in implementing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions including Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, and Stream.
  • Proven capability to produce documentation related to systems onboarding, systems, and user. workflow diagrams, user Requirements and Software requirements related to a project phase.
  • Drive the implementation solutions from user requirements phase from business team to technical specifications for the development team.
  • Support process design and realization of processes from a software perspective.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Visio and MS Software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • To work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful Office 365 projects.
  • Attend client site, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Power Platform and M365 and advocating solution design.
  • Effectively communicate with the clients regularly providing updates and resolving issues fast.
  • The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States, not willing to sponsor.
