We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Support Consultant to join our team in either our Chester or Manchester based offices.


This varied role will be to support our customers technically, promote the Support team’s products & services, help develop and implement new services and work closely with our Project teams to give the customer an end to end solution.

  • You have a good understanding of Microsoft products & services such as SharePoint & O365
  • You are positive, proactive in terms of finding solutions and want to grow your skills


  • Provide 2nd line B2B Support for Microsoft services
  • Work closely with our Project teams ahead of moving projects into support
  • Developing SharePoint and Office 365 opportunities, from leads and referrals
  • Build rapport with existing clients to win and retain business
  • Supporting WM Reply internally
  • Work closely with the Support agents and the Support Manager to implement new solutions
  • Help drive team growth
  • Communicate product, service & industry updates directly to the client
  • Attend regular client calls and visits to sites
  • Support WM teams internally


  • Web Agency, Support or Technical Consultant background preferred
  • SharePoint product knowledge is essential
  • Microsoft product experience. O365/SPO/Dynamics
  • Effective problem solving and analysis skills
  • A confident individual who is comfortable with technical & client facing discussions
  • Experience in mentoring juniors is a bonus 
  • 2:1 Degree in an Information Technology based subject.
