Due to growth, we are expanding our Operations team. We are looking for an Operations & Performance Analyst who can work with our management team to assist with the growth and improved performance of WM Reply.


Our operations team is smart, intuitive, and forward thinking. Their ability to drive change and enforce frameworks & process is what sets them apart from the rest. This role will have a real impact on the performance of the business.

  • You have a 2:1 degree - Business and finance/accounting would be perfect!
  • You’re a problem solver, always proactively looking for solutions and ways to improve.
  • You’re savvy when it comes to Microsoft Excel. Experience with PowerPoint and Word would be nice too!
  • You pride yourself on your attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working with numbers and aren’t intimidated with large data sets.

Here’s what would be a big bonus:

  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, Teams and Yammer.
  • An understanding and an appreciation of the roles different functions play within an organisation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Running a multitude of internal processes, from resource management to cash flows, quarterly company reviews to designing useful company-wide Apps.
  • Acting as a key contact for our CRM, resourcing tool, financial control tool and lead generation tool.
  • Proactively ensuring the business is always covered commercially, through purchase orders, avoiding invoicing delays and chasing client payments.
  • Identify areas of the business, large and small, that need improvements and work to solve those issues.
  • Work with the leadership team to review and revise team operations, such as PMO.
  • Ensure resourcing is adequate by reviewing forecasting and helping make recruitment decisions.
  • Take ownership of management reporting.
  • Managing WM Reply’s GDPR and DPA policies.
  • Creating, analysing and presenting a multitude of reports from resource utilisation, to sales, to revenue forecasts.
