Job Role - O365 Architect

Location: Manchester or Chester
Salary: Circa  £60000 DOE + OTE

We are looking to grow our team with an experienced Architect who are able to consult and deliver large Scale SharePoint Migrations and O365 projects.

  • You are from a consultancy background and put your clients at the heart of what you deliver
  • Experienced in leading Sales activities 
  • You have an in-depth and thorough understanding of the full capabilities of SharePoint 
  • Knowledge of Office 365 collaboration tools (Teams, Yammer etc) and the Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) would be highly beneficial. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design/Architecture 
  • Leading business development activites such as pre sales, proposals.
  • Requirement gathering; working closely with the client to establish their requirements, translating these into business requirements
  • To work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Designers to deliver successful SharePoint & Office 365 projects
  • Attend client site, running workshops demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of SharePoint and Office 365
  • Communicating with the client regularly as to updates, resolving issues fast


    • Migrations (On Premise to SPO)
      • Sharegate or similar tools
    • On-premises SharePoint 2010 knowledge
    • Power Shell
    • Governance, security, compliance and configuration of Office 365 suite and tenant
    • Documentation and BAU transition processes
    • Power Platform
      • building and configuring power apps as well as governance and implementation of the Power Platform tools themselves
      • Environments
      • Training
    • Yammer
      • Tenant config
      • Understanding of the product and use cases
      • Event management through Teams and Yammer
    • OneDrive
      • Tenant rollout, config for global client
      • Setup of this and relationship with SharePoint TeamSites
    • Teams
      • Tenant config and settings
      • Telephony systems etc...
    • SharePoint Online
      • Setup and configuration on tenant / settings
    • Microsoft FastTrack knowledge and resources.
    • General Tenant Administration
    • Workshops and discovery
