WM Reply is looking for a motivated, mid-level Adoption Change Management (ACM) Consultant. We help enterprise clients launch and migrate to Microsoft 365 technologies with adoption change campaigns through end-to-end strategic planning, great design and inspired creativity. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to take on a wide spectrum of tasks in addition to change management projects. This position is based in Downtown Chicago.

Communications and Training planning and content development and delivery
Client and stakeholder engagement
Presales/sales activities and deliverables
Marketing activities and deliverables
Webinar production and delivery
Project management for technical projects
Other tasks that emerge due to business need
Mentoring and coaching junior consultants
Preferred Experience and Abilities
Change management, communications and/or training experience - you'll be working directly with clients, so collaborative interpersonal skills are a winner.
Ability to develop clear communications, dazzling presentations, titillating communication campaigns, and/or engaging training/learning content.
Ability to deliver workshops and training/learning sessions to varied stakeholder audiences.
Problem solver with analytical abilities who thinks in terms of developing solutions to drive adoption results.
User experience advocate who is convincing and persuasive in messaging to end users and target audiences about 'what's in it for me?’

Overachiever who loves creating things and delivering on time.
Ability to deliver and manage sales and marketing activities.
Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Requirements
Outstanding executive presence and communications skills
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
3-5 years of experience in related role/field.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Power Platform SharePoint and/or digital transformation is a big plus.
Webinar/video production skills a plus.
Availability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
Prosci certification preferred.
