WM Reply is looking for a motivated, mid-level Adoption Change Management (ACM) Consultant. We help enterprise clients launch and migrate to Microsoft 365 technologies with adoption change campaigns through end-to-end strategic planning, great design and inspired creativity. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to take on a wide spectrum of tasks in addition to change management projects. This position is based in Downtown Chicago.
Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Lead specific end-to-end adoption change management projects, with a focus on strategy, planning delivery and client relationship building with minimal oversight
Communications planning, content development and delivery
Training planning, content development and delivery
Client and stakeholder engagement
Presales/sales activities and deliverables as well as marketing activities and deliverables
Webinar production and delivery
Project management for technical projects
Any other tasks that emerge due to business need
Mentoring and coaching junior consultants
Required Experience
Change management, communications and/or training experience - you'll be working directly with clients, so collaborative interpersonal skills are a winner.
Ability to develop clear communications, dazzling presentations, titillating communication campaigns, and/or engaging training/learning content.
Ability to deliver workshops and training/learning sessions to varied stakeholder audiences.
Problem solver with analytical abilities who thinks in terms of developing solutions to drive adoption results.
User experience advocate who is convincing and persuasive in messaging to end users and target audiences about 'what's in it for me?’

Experience in health care vertical highly preferred, but not required
