You’ll also have strong UX experience, with the ability to research, conceive, wireframe, sketch and mock-up user experiences that will enable you to design and deliver wireframes, user stories and user journeys for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

About you:

  • You’ll be a people person; confident and comfortable working directly with clients to map the user journey and articulate that in your design.
  • You’ll be a leader. You’ll have experience, and be comfortable, shaping and leading the design service stream.
  • You’ll be a self-starter with an agency mentality, striving to promote Engage services with your skills.
  • You’ll be a creative with a good portfolio demonstrating your creative design skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to our clients.
  • You’ll have a passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.

  • 9am - Start the day reviewing emails and catching up / planning your day.
  • 9.30am - Travel to a client meeting where you’ll manage a workshop to analyse how a client’s intranet is currently used and how it should be used / function going forward.

  • 1pm – Compile the results of your workshop ready to feedback a high-level proposal going forward.
