Your role:

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. Based out of our London office, you’ll be working with our amazing clients, helping them to design SharePoint/Sitecore sites and business applications that match the needs of their audience, while shaping the direction for our Design service stream.

 

You’ll be hands-on;  you’ll use your creative design skills to support wider engagement and adoption campaigns, creating designs for a variety of channels, including digital and traditional. You’ll also have strong UX experience, with the ability to research, conceive, wireframe, sketch and mock-up user experiences that will enable you to design and deliver wireframes, user stories and user journeys for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

 

About you:

  • You’ll be a people person; confident and comfortable working directly with clients to map the user journey and articulate that in your design.
  • You’ll be a leader. You’ll have experience, and be comfortable, shaping and leading the design service stream.
  • You’ll be a self-starter with an agency mentality, striving to promote Engage services with your skills.
  • You’ll be a creative with a good portfolio demonstrating your creative design skills.
  • You’ll have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to our clients.
  • You’ll have a passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.

 


Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Confidence and knowledge of UX design and research methodology 
  • Strong skills in prototyping tools, including InVision
  • Strong skills in wireframing tools, including Sketch
  • Some understanding of HTML/CSS

  • Flexible working – not a morning person? Then don’t start until 10am.  Flying off for the weekend? Wrap up at 4pm.
