We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Agent to be based predominantly onsite at one of our clients in Luton. 


Travel to our Head office in London Victoria will also be needed from time to time.



  • Provide direct 2nd Level Support of a major client’s website
  • Work closely with our Project team on site in Luton
  • Triaging general support queries
  • Liaising with developers on technical queries
  • Managing and prioritising all support requests against SLAs
  • Communicate updates directly to the client
  • Provide regular reports
  • Performing day to day technical administration using internal systems



  • Agency or Support background preferred but not essential
  • CMS experience - Sitecore preferred
  • Basic HTML/CSS
